As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Provide one-on-one and small group support to students, ensuring they have access to learning across the curriculum.
• Assist students with a range of SEND needs, including SEMH, ASD, PMLD, and more.
• Foster a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment where children can grow in confidence and achieve their potential.
• Work closely with teachers and other professionals to implement tailored strategies that support each child's development.

We welcome applicants with experience in either mainstream schools or SEN settings who:

• Have classroom-based experience supporting children with additional needs.
