Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Amber Mace, through Kelsey, is seeking an experienced and dedicated Home Manager for a prestigious residential home near Scarborough. This luxurious home, which provides care for elderly residents with a focus on dementia and palliative care, has been operating successfully for a few years and is currently at half occupancy. The home is looking for a compassionate and skilled leader to help fill the remaining spaces and maintain high standards of care.

Role Overview:
As the Home Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading a dedicated team to achieve full occupancy while ensuring exceptional care standards. You will be involved in recruitment, community outreach, and strategic planning for the home’s future expansion.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and inspire the team to achieve full occupancy and continually elevate care standards.
Oversee the recruitment process to ensure a team of dedicated professionals who prioritize residents' well-being.
Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and external providers to enhance the home’s presence in the community.
Professionally handle inquiries from prospective residents and their families, showcasing the unique features and benefits of the home.
Contribute to the strategic planning for expansion and growth opportunities.
Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and consistently maintain high-quality care.

Requirements:
Level 5 qualification in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
Proven managerial experience in a residential care setting.
Strong networking and communication skills.
