What the Administrator job involves
- Creating customer quotes on the ERP system.
- Calling suppliers for prices on materials to create the quotes accurately.
- Sourcing materials from other suppliers if they are out of stock.
- Sending bespoke quotes out to customers.
- Responding to email and telephone queries.
Skills required
- Previous experience of working in an administration based position
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Self Managed and able to work on your own initiative.
- Good communication skills both written and verbal.
- Willing to learn new systems and processes.
Other information
- Full time Monday to Friday.
- 25 days holiday Plus bank holidays.
- Death in Service policy 2 times salary.
- Hybrid working available after initial training.
- Carparking available / Easily accessible on the train or bus.
