Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 depending on experience

As the Office Coordinator and Executive PA, you will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth running of the office and assisting the senior leadership team. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Screening and directing calls, emails, and visitors to the appropriate individuals
  • Organising and maintaining office supplies and equipment.
  • Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations, and documents.
  • Providing administrative support to the leadership team and consultants.
