On offer is an exciting role where you will be responsible for overseeing the design of bespoke winch systems, turning specifications into detailed 3D models and BOMs for manufacturing. You will work closely with the sales and production teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client requirements, ensuring the highest standards of engineering are upheld.

In this role, you will manage the end-to-end design process from concept to completion, including the creation of technical drawings and specifications. There will also be opportunities to mentor junior engineers and lead innovative design improvements.

This role would suit a highly experienced mechanical design engineer with a passion for delivering tailored engineering solutions and a strong understanding of manufacturing processes.

The Role:

  • Lead the design and development of bespoke winch systems
  • Create detailed 3D models, BOMs, and 2D manufacturing drawings

  • Extensive experience in mechanical design, ideally within marine or offshore equipment
