We are working exclusively with a manufacturing business in the Scarborough area who is looking for some interim Administration support due to a colleague being off work due to illness. 

What the Administrator job involves

  • Accurately inputting customer orders onto Sage
  • Entering the correct product codes onto the system to monitor stock levels
  • Ordering parts for customer orders
  • Reviewing the admin process to make efficiencies

Skills required

  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Previous experience of working in an administrative role
  • Use of MS Office and other internal computer systems
  • Self managed and able to learn new processes quickly

Other information

  • Monday to Friday full / part time
  • Car parking available
  • Easily accessible on public transport (bus / train)
  • Minimum of one month, possibly longer
