Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking a skilled Production Administrator to join their dynamic team. As a Production Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of production operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the production team.
  • Utilise SAP to manage production orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure materials are readily available for production.
  • Maintain accurate records of production activities, including inventory levels and production reports.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any production-related issues promptly.
  • Compile and analyse data to identify opportunities for process improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the production area.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems.
  • Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient computer skills, including MS Office Suite.

Working Pattern:

This is a full-time position with rotational shifts. The working hours are as follows:

- Early Shift: Start at 06:00 am and finish at 14:00 pm from Monday to Thursday. On Fridays, the shift starts at 06:00 am and finishes at 13:30 pm.

- Late Shift: Start at 14:00 and finish at 22:00 from Monday to Thursday. On Fridays, the shift starts at 13:00 pm and finishes at 21:00 pm.
