Are you a Project Manager or similar from a construction background looking to step into an established company who are looking to grow their presence in North and East Yorkshire, looking after a large 20 million plus project with the opportunity to move onto bigger projects?
On offer is the opportunity to work with one of the biggest construction companies in the UK who work predominantly around the north on a variety of construction projects including new builds, civil projects and commercial buildings such as universities and council buildings.
This role will involve overseeing a new build site in Bridlington consisting of a number of new build house and a multi occupancy care home. The sites projects consist of two different clients that you will be liaising with, assuring work is carried out, monitoring workers and contractors and ensuring that progress is within budget and timescale.
This role would suit a Project Manager or similar with a background in Construction looking to take on a senior role within a growing company taking on larger projects, who can provide training, company benefits and the opportunity to work with a variety of multi million pound projects.
