As a Temporary Accounts Assistant, you will be:
- Assisting with regular financial functions, including preparing BACs runs for suppliers.
- Weekly Bank reconciliation
- Monthly update of the fixed asset register
- Assist in production of monthly management reports, managing budget allocation and cost analysis
- Assist with the preparation of VAT returns
- Assist with budget related activities
- Assist with Payroll administration
- Strong organisational, attention to detail and time management skills
- Proficiency in Sage or similar accounting software, with the ability to manage invoicing and reporting
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- AAT qualified or similar level experience (QBE)
- Previous experience of responsibility for accounts function in small to medium sized business
