Principal Resourcing are working alongside an all-age specialist school based in Scarborough, North Yorkshire. The school require SEN Teaching Assistants on a daily and ongoing, part and full-time basis to meet their staffing requirements.

The school caters for pupils who have a wide range of learning needs including severe or profound learning difficulties or disabilities. They are registered for pupils aged between 2 and 19 years and many have a broad range of additional special educational needs such as autism, physical disabilities and complex medical needs, but all of which are combined with learning needs.

We are recruiting for Teaching Assistants who ideally, but do not necessarily hold a Teaching Assistant qualification. Most importantly, the candidates we are seeking, should have a patient, compassionate approach and have experience in some capacity working with people with SEN. In-house, free-of-charge, training will be offered to tool the right candidates up for the position.
