About the Role:
We are seeking a friendly and professional Part-Time Receptionist to join our team in Scarborough. As the first point of contact for visitors and clients, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service while managing front desk operations efficiently.
ReceptionistKey Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome visitors in a warm, professional manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls, take messages when necessary
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean and tidy
  • Assist with general administrative tasks, such as filing and scheduling appointments
  • Provide basic information to clients or visitors about the companys services
About You:
We are looking for someone with:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
