To be the responsible person for all commercial matters associated with the Project.
Key Responsibilities:

Commercial Management/Contract Administration: Effectively manage the commercial aspects of the project, ensuring adherence to contractual agreements and project objectives.

Senior-Level Reporting: Provide senior-level reports to the Commercial and Operations Directors to keep them informed of project progress and challenges.

Budget and Schedule Management: Oversee and control project budgets and schedules to achieve timely and cost-effective project completion.

Payment Applications: Prepare payment applications and cash flow reporting to maintain project financial stability.

Sub-contracts and Supplier Agreements: Manage the preparation and operation of sub-contracts and supplier agreements.

Cost Reporting: Continuously monitor and report on project costs for the allocated project.

Quotations and Claims: Prepare quotations, claims, assessments, and projections for future work.

Liaison with Project Team: Maintain regular communication with the project team to ensure the Contractor's rights for compensation events or claims are upheld.

Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary liaison with the Client to build and maintain excellent relationships and address issues as needed, primarily through collaboration with the Commercial team.
Daily Tasks:

Reporting: Provide weekly and monthly reports to Head Office and the Client to keep them updated on project status.

Project Performance Tracking: Monitor project performance and gather relevant data.

Data Collation: Collaborate with the team to collect project-related data.

Data Analysis: Analyze collected data to provide valuable insights.

Forecast Preparation: Prepare forecasts based on data analysis.

Contract Records: Maintain comprehensive contract records and correspondence.

Contract Administration: Effectively administer contracts and sub-contracts with Clients and Suppliers.

Contract Negotiation: Assist in the negotiation, development, and closure of contracts as required.

Cost Control Reporting: Submit the weekly cost control report on time, including a detailed review of project costings and updates on the project's progress and forecast details.
