- Prepare monthly management accounts and consolidated reports across multiple entities, providing variance analysis, insights, and commentary
- Maintain and develop group-level reporting packs for board stakeholders
- Work closely with acquisition businesses to ensure seamless integration into group reporting
- Lead group-wide cashflow forecasting, highlighting risks and opportunities
- Support working capital management and provide real-time visibility to leadership team.
- Coordinate the group’s annual budget and reforecasting
- Collaborate with operational and commercial teams to build robust, commercially grounded budgets
- Provide technical accounting guidance (FRS 102), including preparation and review of statutory accounts
- Support annual audit and tax processes in conjunction with external advisors.
- Champion best practices across the ERP system, including chart of accounts structure, reporting automation, and system controls
- Lead the finance workstream on acquisitions, including due diligence support, onboarding, and system alignment
- Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) experience in a management accounting or group finance role.
- Experience in a multi-entity or group consolidation environment, or potentially someone seeking a first move from practice into industry
- IT literacy including ERP systems, Excel and ideally Power BI
- Commercially astute, with the confidence to challenge, influence and partner with stakeholders at all levels.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and change – someone who gets stuck in and add real value
- A passion for continuous improvement and automation
