We are delighted to offer a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Purchase Ledger professional to join our client's dynamic team in the manufacturing industry. This is a temporary position with the potential for permanent employment, offering a full-time working pattern. Join a successful organisation that values teamwork and professionalism!

Responsibilities:

  • Process invoices and accurately match them to purchase orders (PO's)
  • Collaborate with the purchasing team to resolve any discrepancies
  • Conduct supplier statement reconciliation to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial transactions
  • Manage employee expenses in a timely and efficient manner
  • Assist the management accountant in payment management until the permanent appointment is made

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a purchase ledger role, ideally within the manufacturing industry
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with internal stakeholders
  • Proficiency in relevant accounting software and systems
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
