**Role Overview:**
As a Quality Systems Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Quality Manager and Quality Engineers. Your expertise will be crucial in the development and control of the business management systems, standards, and customer-specific requirements.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Oversee the internal document control system.
- Ensure customer-specific requirements are integrated into the Business Management System.
- Provide data for Management Reviews.
- Lead external Quality certification audits.
- Conduct internal and customer Quality audits.
- Manage corrective action responses to audit findings.
- Oversee China Compulsory Certification requirements.
- Report non-conformities and support management in corrective actions.
- Generate and report Layered Process Audit (MPA, LPA) data.
- Maintain the deviation process.
- Provide monthly data to the Quality Manager.
- Conduct performance analysis and metrics.
- Participate in 8D investigations.
- Support Kaizen/Continuous Improvement activities.
- Liaise with the H&S Coordinator on health and safety data.

**Ideal Candidate:**
- **Education:** Degree educated.
- **Experience:** Proven experience in a Quality/Systems role.
- **Skills:** Analytical, self-motivated, and experienced with ISO9001.
- **Attitude:** A proactive "can do" attitude.
- **Flexibility:** Willingness to travel across the UK if required.
