Shift Patterns - rotating days and nights
- 06:00 18:00 (Mon-Thurs, 48 hrs) @ £11.79/hr
- 18:00 06:00 (Mon-Thurs, 48 hrs) @ £12.95/hr
OR
- 06:00 18:00 (Fri-Sun, 36 hrs) @ £13.84/hr
- 18:00 06:00 (Fri-Sun, 36 hrs) @ £14.96/hr
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and adjust machinery to ensure efficient production
- Perform quality checks and resolve issues with the maintenance team
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Work with other departments to meet customer quality standards
Requirements:
- Manufacturing or mechanical/engineering experience
- PLC experience is a plus, but not required
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to help improve site operations
