Pricing Analyst – Scunthorpe – c£35,000 + BenefitsChase & Holland are excited to be working exclusively with a highly regarded company in the Scunthorpe area who are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Pricing Analyst to join their growing team. This is a newly created role to support the company with their exciting growth plans. The successful candidate will support the business by providing accurate and timely information, from both internal and external sources, to assist management in making business decisions across the UK operations.Salary & Benefits:

Pricing Analyst Responsibilities will include:
  • Drive key data management
  • Support the business to develop a pricing strategy based on market insights and in alignment with business objectives
  • Conduct market research to understand the industry, customers and products. Keep up to date with trends, competitor pricing, and market behaviour
  • Provide margin analysis to assist with pricing decisions
  • Collaborate with other departments such as Procurement for a greater awareness
  • Production of business price lists
  • Lead presentations and meetings regarding pricing agendas and market intelligence
  • Working with the Senior Leadership Team to develop a pricing strategy
  • Making recommendations to support achieving the business’ targets.
  • Ensure that pricing decisions are communicated to all key stakeholders.
  • Ensure reporting is accurate, timely and appropriate to the business needs
  • Work with all departments within the business to ensure efficient reporting
Required Skills & Experience:
  • Passion for numbers and experience in an analyst role, preferably pricing or buying
  • Ability to communicate information across the business
  • Excellent Excel skills are essential
  • Knowledge of databases such as Salesforce, Power BI and ERP systems
  • Able to adapt to the constantly changing requirements
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple data sources
