What youll do

  • Mentor new and experienced staff, coaching for performance and instruction as required
  • Identify skills gaps and coordinating development actions and training interventions for the team to excel in their roles and progress further within the company
  • Daily, weekly and monthly monitoring and interrogation of a sophisticated range of KPI reports
  • Utilise Management Information tools to monitor performance, trends, and best practice
  • Manage local funder partnerships and attend specific meetings, events as invited and as proactively arranged to ensure the relationships is effective
  • Prepare and deliver presentations at partner, stakeholder, and community events
  • Monitor and manage of expenditure, budgets, and forecasting.


What youll need

  • Level 2 English and Maths as a minimum
  • Educational attainment of either a degree or equivalent or alternatively A-Level or equivalent attainment plus at least 2 years of high-quality line management experience in a target orientated business environment
  • Experience of sales management including the supervision of an individuals'/teams delivery and/or output (minimum 6 months experience)
  • Experience of people management including supporting, mentoring, and coaching and developing an individual
  • Desirable IEP L2 Sector Introduction.

Overseas equivalent qualifications will be accepted.
