- Developing and managing sales strategies through identifying market opportunities and initiatives to support agreed strategic growth plans
- Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to provide a seamless journey for customers
- Financial responsibility for the region, ensuring that the region delivers P+L growth through effective business development and cost control
- Recording and monitoring sales performance via CRM system
- Maintaining up to date product and service knowledge
- Providing expert advice and solutions to meet client’s needs
- Previous experience and knowledge selling preowned commercial vehicles and equipment or a similar industry is essential
- Full knowledge of customs procedures from UK to EU
- Excellent IT skills
- A full UK driving license and ability to travel is essential
