As a CNC Programmer, you will be required to:
  • Set up and operate CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, milling, turning, and grinding.
  • Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications for machining operations.
  • Monitor machine operations to quality standards
  • Perform routine maintenance on machines and equipment to ensure performance.
  • Troubleshoot issues with machines, tools, and programs.
  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize machining processes and improve productivity.
Experience / Skillset required for this role
  • Proven experience as a CNC machinist or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
  • Fanuc and hydraulic programming experience
  • Strong knowledge of machining techniques, tools and materials.
  • Apprenticeship training in CNC machining is preferred but not essential.
