Capital Project Manager | Permanent | Up to £52,000 | Immediate Start Available

Client:

Castlefield Recruitment are currently working with a large Public Sector organisation looking to grow their team leading in to 2025.

They are looking to identify a high calibre Capital Projects Manager, with experience of the built environment, to take ownership pf and successfully deliver allocated capital, maintenance and infrastructure projects.

Duties will include:

  • Supporting business case preparation; engaging with supply chains; managing internal and external resources; liaising with external design teams and internal stakeholders
  • Includes planning and scheduling of works, monitoring & reporting on progress, and providing technical advice / support to all staff
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered efficiently, within budget, on time and to the required quality standard
  • Prepare in conjunction with others, costed feasibility studies including those to support Business Cases for Capital Investment

Person:

  • Building Services / Construction -related HNC / HND qualification
  • Previous Public Sector experience would be advantageous
  • Excellent and effective communicator
  • Able to manage delegated budgets
  • British Driving Licence is essential
