We want to appoint a Customer Engagement Assistant on a permanent contract.

  • Full time (37 hours)
  • Salary – (£24,295 per annum)

To join our Customer Engagement team and help them to manage the coordination of customer engagement throughout North Lincolnshire. You’ll need to be an effective communicator to deal with a wide range of queries from customers.  Plus have a high standard of organisational skills that will be essential in arranging meetings and consultation events.

You will have the opportunity to get involved in a wide variety of day to day admin duties

as well as using your creative skills to produce promotional material.  It would also be an

advantage if you have some experience in organising events and attending meetings.

You also need to have good ICT skills and be capable of using social media and other digital forms of communication to increase engagement with customers of all age groups.

The role requires providing face to face and digital support (individually or in

a group) to our volunteers and the customer engagement groups, helping to support the

running of these meetings. This includes supporting staff to help take minutes and record

actions. 

The post will require some flexibility in changing work priorities as and when

required and where necessary you may be asked to work outside of normal working

hours.
