Customer Service Advisor | Scunthorpe | £24,000 - £27,000

The Opportunity:

Are you an experienced customer service advisor, ready to join an established telecoms and network solution provider?

You will use your excellent customer service skills to ensure that each customer feels valued and comes away from the call/email that their query has been actioned.

Working Pattern:

  • (phone number removed)pm, Monday to Friday.

Package:

  • Up to £27,000
  • 25 days increases to 26 after 2 years of employment and 27 after 4 years
