- Candidates must have previous experience in a Service Advisor role, as they will be the first point of contact for the Service Department.

THE ROLE:
Booking customers vehicles into the Service Department both over the phone and face to face.
Responsible for explaining the repair process and cost breakdown whilst building customer relations.
Delivering a fantastic level of Customer Service.
Liaising with the service team in regards to timescales, parts and information.
Database management.
Associated administration.
Processing vehicle documents.
