- Develop, optimise, and maintain SQL queries to integrate data from multiple systems
- Build and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards for various business functions
- Collaborate with operational and financial stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide tailored insights
- Perform data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all reporting platforms
- Take ownership of data projects, from gathering requirements to delivering actionable insights
- Work closely with the Finance Director to support strategic decision-making
- Provide training and support to other team members on Power BI and data analysis best practices
- Strong proficiency in SQL, with experience in query building and optimization
- Experience with Power BI, including report creation and data modelling
- Familiarity with accounting and CRM systems, and understanding of how to integrate data from these platforms
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
- Strong communication skills, able to engage with stakeholders at all levels
- High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
