Position: 1:1 Teaching Assistant

As a 1:1 Teaching Assistant, you will be working closely with a student with additional needs, offering vital support to ensure their educational journey is as enriching as possible. Your primary duties will include:

  • Providing individualised assistance to the assigned student.
  • Implementing strategies to support the student's learning and development.
  • Collaborating with the class teacher to adapt and tailor lessons as needed.
  • Assisting with the student's personal care and well-being.
  • Monitoring and recording progress, communicating effectively with parents and the school team.
