Day-to-day of the role:
  • Work closely with students who require behavioural support, implementing strategies to promote positive behaviour.

  • Monitor and report on the progress of students, adapting strategies as needed to ensure a conducive learning environment.
  • Support the classroom teacher with general educational activities when required.

  • Participate in training and development sessions to stay updated with the latest educational and behavioural management practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Experience in a similar role, ideally within an educational setting.
  • Strong understanding of behaviour management strategies that encourage positive learning environments.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
  • A proactive and compassionate approach to student development.
  • Relevant qualifications in education or behavioural studies are advantageous.
