Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people? Do you have the skills and patience to support students with behavioural concerns? We're looking for dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistants to join our dynamic team, working with students in KS2 and KS3.

Role Overview:

  • Position: Teaching Assistant
  • Location: Scunthorpe
  • Key Stages: KS2 and KS3
  • Support Model: 1:1 support or small group interventions
  • Start Date: November 2024

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide tailored support to students with behavioural concerns, helping them to engage in learning and achieve their potential.
  • Assist class teachers in implementing individual behaviour plans and strategies.
  • Create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Build strong relationships with students, promoting emotional well-being and resilience.
  • Support the academic and social development of students in both classroom and one-to-one settings.
