This business needs an Yard Manager who is deeply motivated about people management and empowering their teams.

Your Role As A Yard Manager Will Include:

* Yard Manager - Managing a team of 20
* Managing production lines
* Ensure health & safety practices are kept
* Fostering enthusiastic environment
* Ready to get hands on

The Successful Yard Manager Will Have:

* Managerial / Supervisory experience - Must Be Enthusiastic!
* Experience within engineering / manufacturing
* Commutable to Scunthorpe
