FP&A Manager

East Yorkshire (On-site 4 days per week)

Your Role

Youll work closely with senior leadership to lead and evolve the budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes. From building product-level profitability models to influencing pricing strategies and supporting strategic investment decisions this is a true business partnering role with real impact.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the financial planning cycle including budgets, reforecasts, and long-range plans
  • Build detailed financial models to support pricing, profitability, and investment decisions
  • Produce insightful performance analysis with clear recommendations to drive results
  • Collaborate with commercial, product, and operations teams to align financial strategy with business goals
  • Set up and maintain product-level P&Ls and support product lifecycle planning
  • Lead cross-functional strategic projects, driving continuous improvement across the business


What Youll Bring

  • Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
  • At least 3 years experience in a financial planning or commercial finance role
  • Strong financial modelling skills with advanced Excel ability
  • Confident business partner with excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Experience in a tech, manufacturing or product-led environment preferred
  • Strategic thinker with an eye for detail and a proactive, solutions-driven approach
