Your Role
Youll work closely with senior leadership to lead and evolve the budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes. From building product-level profitability models to influencing pricing strategies and supporting strategic investment decisions this is a true business partnering role with real impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the financial planning cycle including budgets, reforecasts, and long-range plans
- Build detailed financial models to support pricing, profitability, and investment decisions
- Produce insightful performance analysis with clear recommendations to drive results
- Collaborate with commercial, product, and operations teams to align financial strategy with business goals
- Set up and maintain product-level P&Ls and support product lifecycle planning
- Lead cross-functional strategic projects, driving continuous improvement across the business
What Youll Bring
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
- At least 3 years experience in a financial planning or commercial finance role
- Strong financial modelling skills with advanced Excel ability
- Confident business partner with excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience in a tech, manufacturing or product-led environment preferred
- Strategic thinker with an eye for detail and a proactive, solutions-driven approach
