8-5 Mon-Fri, Time off in lieu if working additional hours (EG audits)


Are you a food industry professional with experience up to Technical Manager or Quality Manager level, looking more an exciting, varied and challenging senior level role with a multi site food manufacturing group?

The role offers the chance to make a real difference to the site and get involved in implementing the strategic direction of the site. It may suit someone at Supervisor/team leader/2nd in command level at a larger site who wants to step up into a more senior on a smaller site.


This is also an exciting time to join to the site adds a new production line and signs a new contract with a major client.

The role will also lead the sites technical and food safety agenda.

The Role

  1. Full time permanent senior food manufacturing role based on site in Scunthorpe with occasional travel
  2. Line management of a small team focusing on quality, hygiene, and technical
  3. Responsible for the food quality and food safety on site including customer audits and maintaining BRCGS



The Person

  1. Working background at a senior level in the food sector, ideally high risk fresh produce
  2. Previous management/team leader experience of a technical and/or quality team
  3. Level 3 HACCP and level 4 food safety
  4. Lead Audit experience
