Job Title: Poultry Farm ManagerLocation: Scunthorpe, Lincolnshire Benefits: Competitive Salary and HousingContract: Full Time, Permanent(Please note that visa or sponsorship assistance is not available for this position)  ISQ Recruitment is currently seeking a dedicated Poultry Farm Manager (Broilers) for one of our Clients in the Scunthorpe area.  Key Role Objective:In this role, you will ensure the smooth operation of the farm, aiming for the highest standards in welfare, weight, quality, and cost efficiency of stock produced. You'll be monitoring various farm conditions, implementing biosecurity measures, and managing staff while maintaining site security.  Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities:
  • Oversee bird welfare, ensuring the highest standards
  • Manage and monitor farm conditions including ventilation, heating, feed, water, litter, and lighting
  • Adhere to and enforce strict biosecurity measures
  • Maintain accurate weekly paperwork and records
  • Manage and train farm employees
  • Handle administrative tasks including employee timesheets
  • Attend relevant training courses as recommended by the company
 Essential Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
  • Proven ability to manage staff and a strong background in stock management
  • Organised and detail-oriented with an ability to prioritise tasks
  • Willing to work flexible hours, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends
  • Previous experience in a similar role is essential
