We are looking to appoint a passionate and dedicated ASC/PDA Specialist Teacher to join ateam of experienced professionals in a bespoke educational setting in North Lincolnshire. The school provides a highly personalised and innovative learning experience, emphasising pedagogical approaches that empower students to take ownership of their learning journey.

This role is perfect for an individual passionate about supporting children with special educational needs, particularly Autism Spectrum Conditions (ASC) and Pathological Demand Avoidance (PDA).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, differentiate, and deliver engaging lessons that meet the needs of students on the SEND register.
  • Implement targeted interventions and strategies to support children with Autism and PDA effectively.
  • Create a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment where all students can thrive.
Essential Requirements:
  • Extensive experience working with children with Pathological Demand Avoidance (PDA).
  • Proven success in supporting children and young adults across Key Stages 1 to 5.
