This is a newly created role in the developing BI function to support the company with their exciting growth plan. The successful candidate will provide data validation, management and business information reporting and insight to allow informed decision making across the business. BI Analyst Responsibilities will include:

Support the business by providing accurate, timely information to assist the management team in making key business decisions
Drive key data management, including in Salesforce
Initial review and cleansing of existing data to ensure data standardisation
Regular audit of data to ensure integrity and compliance
Work with the Senior BI Analyst to develop reporting in Power BI
Provide Salesforce user training to the wider business and provide best practice training manuals
Making recommendations to support the business targets
Work with all departments across the business to ensure efficient reporting
Support in the preparation of ad-hoc reporting requests by the management team

Required Skills & Experience:

Passion for numbers and analysis
Ability to communicate information across the business
Excellent Excel skills are essential
Knowledge of databases such as SQL, Salesforce, Power BI and ERP systems
Strong attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple data sources
