IT SERVICE DESK - 2ND LINESALARY - UP TO £35,000 + BENEFITSLOCATION - SCUNTHORPE
Your new roleAn award-winning IT Business responsible for implementing high quality, business-changing IT solutions to hundreds of Customers are looking to add a further 2nd Line IT Support / Service Desk member to the IT Support Team. What you'll need to succeedTo be the successful candidate, you will possess as many of the following as possible:- Minimum 2 Years' Experience in a similar role.- Strong organisation & communication skills.- A friendly, approachable, can-do attitude.- The ability to troubleshoot and solve problems quickly and efficiently.- A proven track record of resolving and managing critical incidents (P1's)
Strong technical experience in these areas would be ideal: Office 365 environments, (Azure AD, Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Intune & Autopilot)Windows Server Environments, (Active Directory, Exchange, File Server, Print Server, DFS, DNS, DHCP etc.)Network Troubleshooting, (Firewalls, Networks, Wireless etc.)Windows Desktop TroubleshootingSecurity Knowledge (Anti-Virus, Anti-Malware, Encryption, MFA Technologies)Office 365 Backup Products
