You will be responsible for leading the IT Operations and IT Services Team and be the driving force behind a high-performing team. The duties will cover; continuously improving processes, financial management, team development and collaboration within the business.What you'll need to succeedThe ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and understanding in areas and methodologies such as AGILE / WATERFALL / SCRUM MASTER / PRINCE2 and have a background of leading and developing teams.
