HSEQ Coordinator | Scunthorpe | Hybrid | Up to £32,000 

The Opportunity:

A leading innovative telecoms and networks solutions provider require a proactive administrative professional, to drive best practice across the workforce, coordinating all HSEQ documentation ensuring the company remains compliant and highly organised.

You will gain exposure inside the Rail/H&S industry, to become an invaluable member of the team. Trained and upskilled to become an expert in Health and Safety, you will have the opportunity to continue developing in your career within this sector.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Administration support to the QHSE Departments,
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to the wider project teams as required,
  • Supporting the Heads of Quality and HSE with developing and implementation of strategies and processes aligned with the company values,
  • Checking and editing QHSE documents for accuracy and compliance,
  • Controlling the flow of QHSE documents internally and externally.
  • Accident, incident and close call record co-ordination and production of KPI dashboards,
  • Assist in the preparation of QHSE corrective action plans
  • Maintain, review and improve QHSE management systems,
  • Participates in incident investigations. Ensuring root causes are identified,
  • Coordinate QHSE KPI databases and reporting portals,
  • Support / deputise for ADComms Document Controller when required,
  • Audit support.

The Candidate:

  • Strong administrative background / document control background - Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Previous use of a management systems
  • Great communication skills, able to assimilate and get stuck in across the business
  • Desirable – Understanding of ISO accreditations/ IOSH

Salary: Up to £32,000 plus benefits including
