The Role:
As an IT Technician, you will play a crucial role in providing 1st and 2nd line support. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, ensuring smooth operations across our IT systems. Your expertise will also extend to maintaining and enhancing our IT infrastructure, contributing to the overall efficiency of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 1st and 2nd line support to staff, resolving technical issues promptly and effectively.
- Assist in maintaining and improving the IT infrastructure, ensuring reliability and performance.
- Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
- Document and track support requests using our ticketing system.
- Stay current with the latest technologies and trends to continuously enhance your skills and knowledge.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in an IT support role, with a strong understanding of 1st and 2nd line support duties.
- Familiarity with IT infrastructure management and troubleshooting.
- C# programming experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
