Job Title: Warehouse & Sales Operative
Location: Scunthorpe
Work Type: Part time, 24 hours per week
Pay Rate: £11.44 p/h
Job Summary:
On behalf of our client who have become one of the largest independent Flooring retailers in the area we are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join their team as a Warehouse & Sales Operative. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, great with numbers, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Major Responsibilities:
- Assist with warehouse operations which includes heavy lifting
- Manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock
- Create and maintain accurate records of inventory levels and costs
- Estimate costs based on materials, labour, and other factors
- Coordinate with suppliers to obtain pricing and availability information
- Cover the counter when required
Skills & Experiences:
- Experience in a similar role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Great with numbers
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Able to provide great customer service
Working Hours
8am 4pm (3 days per week which is to be confirmed)
