Description

The In-House Legal Counsel will be:

  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts (sales, procurement, NDAs, IP etc).
  • Advising the business on early stage disputes and employment matters.
  • Managing external legal counsel on complex issues.
  • Providing pragmatic legal advice to key stakeholders across the business.

Profile

The In-House Legal Counsel should be:

  • A solicitor or legal executive with 6+ years PQE.
  • Experienced in commercial law, including contracts and procurement.
  • Ideally from an engineering, industrial, or manufacturing background (preferred but not essential).
  • Skilled at handling early-stage disputes and employment law issues.
  • Confident in advising senior stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
