Reed are supporting a Scunthorpe based legal firm to expand their conveyancing department. 

Role Overview:As a Conveyancing Paralegal, you will support our conveyancing team in managing residential property transactions from instruction to completion. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to advance their career in property law.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and submission of legal documents related to property transactions.
  • Conduct property searches and due diligence.
  • Liaise with clients, estate agents, and other legal professionals to facilitate smooth transactions.
  • Maintain accurate records and manage case files.
  • Provide administrative support to senior solicitors and conveyancers.

Qualifications:

  • A relevant degree or equivalent qualification in law.
  • Previous experience in conveyancing or property law is preferred but not essential.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal software.
