Elevation Recruitment Group is extremely pleased to be exclusively partnered with a leading manufacturer to recruit a passionate and results-driven Manufacturing Manager for their site near Scunthorpe. 

Salary - up to £70,000 + car allowance + bonus

Responsibilities of the Manufacturing Manager include:

  • Mentor and develop a team to exceed production targets and deliver high-quality results
  • Manage day-to-day operations to ensure optimal efficiency, product quality, and strict adherence to safety protocols
  • Consistently execute strategies to optimise production workflows, resource allocation, and drive process enhancements to support business objectives
  • Maximise productivity, boost output, minimise downtime, and enhance cost-effectiveness across the site
  • Work closely with key stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and consistently meet customer demands
