Job Title:Locum Occupational Therapist - Adult Social Care
Location: North Lincolnshire
Job Type: Full-Time, Temporary

Working Hours: Monday to Friday
Job Overview:
1) One Adult Social Care Occupational Therapist to work in the Integrated Discharge Team at Scunthorpe Hospital.
2) One Adult Social Care Occupational Therapist to work with the NLC Independent Living Team, assessing for equipment, adaptations and supporting care home discharges.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Degree in Occupational Therapy
- HCPC registration as a Occupational Therapist
