Job SummaryWe are seeking a passionate and dedicated Primary School Teacher to join our vibrant educational community. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fostering a positive learning environment that encourages students to develop their academic and social skills. This role requires effective communication and behavour management skills to engage with students, parents, and colleagues alike.

Duties

  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of students.
  • Educate students in various subjects, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of the curriculum.
  • Create a safe and inclusive classroom atmosphere that promotes respect and collaboration.
  • Assess student progress through regular evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
  • Communicate effectively with parents regarding student performance and behavour.
  • Manage classroom behavour using effective strategies to maintain a conducive learning environment.
  • Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to enhance the overall educational experience.
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with teaching practices.

Experience

  • A degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience working with children in an educational setting is advantageous.
  • Strong skills in behavour management and communication are essential for success in this role.
