Primary Teacher

Vision for Education have an exciting opportunity for a teacher will a keen interest in teaching mixed classes to join as a YR4 Teacher at a popular small village primary school just outside Scunthorpe, Here at Vision we work with a variety of vibrant and inclusive primary schools which are dedicated to providing high-quality education and fostering a positive learning environment.

About the role

You will be an excellent teacher ensuring high standards of learning for all children. You will be creative, empathetic to the needs of individual children, resilient, adaptable and a team player. It is essential as part of a small school you will have flexibility and willingness to contribute. This teaching role would suit anyone in the early stages of their career with a keen interest in teaching mixed classes across both KS1 and KS2, or a more experience teacher with previous experience teaching mixed classes. If you have the ability to lead one or more subjects, this would be desirable. In return the school can offer a supportive team, excellent CPD and children who are happy, thriving and willing to learn.

Based just outside of Scunthorpe, this school is accessible by car and public transport.

Requirements

The desired Year 4 Teacher  will have;

• Have experience or be comfortable teaching mixed year groups across two key stages
• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Have strong behaviour management strategies
• The ability to work effectively as part of a small team
• Be willing to get stuck in and support the school in any areas in which support is needed, such as extra-curricular activities and subject leadership
• Have strong communication, organisational and interpersonal skills

• Be flexible and adaptable to work in different classrooms or with different students as required. Demonstrate the ability to adjust teaching approaches and strategies to meet individual student needs.
