DMC Trailers a highly successful trailer hire company with over 20 years expertise are looking for highly organised staff with excellent communication skills to join our team.

Reporting to the Financial Controller, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing the necessary support in the processing of accounting information, including ensuring all information and data is processed in an accurate, timely and effective manner. This role would suit an experienced accounts all-rounder and involves Sales Ledger, Purchase Ledger and Credit Control duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data entry on Sage 200, Fleet Hire and Maintenance System.
  • Reconciliations of supplier and customer accounts
  • General administration within the Finance Department
  • Point of contact for suppliers and customers as well as internal colleagues to help resolve invoice and accounts queries.
  • Manage accounts queries, ensuring everything gets through to supplier payment stage efficiently.

The role involves data entry on various systems, so accuracy is key. Previous experience in a busy accounts department in your current or last job is a role requirement.

The role is full time 8.30am to 5pm Monday to Friday and half an hour unpaid lunch break. This is an office-based role in Scunthorpe, remote working is not available for this position.
