The Role:
As an HLTA, you will play a key role in supporting teachers with the delivery of lessons, running small group interventions, and ensuring the needs of all learners are met. You will be responsible for:
Leading small group and one-to-one support sessions.
Assisting in the planning, preparation, and delivery of lessons.
Supporting students with SEN, challenging behavior, and those who need additional help.
Helping to assess student progress and contribute to feedback.
Promoting an inclusive learning environment.
Working closely with the class teacher and other staff to create a positive, productive learning experience.
What We're Looking For:
HLTA qualification (or equivalent) and experience in a school environment.
A passion for working with children and helping them achieve their best.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection.
A positive, flexible, and proactive approach to your work.
