We are looking for compassionate and dedicated Healthcare Support Workers to join our team. Our Healthcare Support Workers provide comprehensive support to individuals with a range of needs ranging from Learning Dissabilities, Autism, Epilepsy, Mental Health, sensory impairments, or other complex care needs, ensuring high-quality care and assisting with daily living activities. This role requires flexibility, resilience, and a commitment to making a positive impact on the lives of the individuals we support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support individuals in temporary residential placements or their own homes.
  • Assist with all aspects of personal care, including hygiene, dressing, and feeding.
  • Perform household chores such as laundry, cleaning, and food shopping.
  • Manage and support individuals with budgeting and financial management.
  • Plan, participate in, and budget for community activities.
  • Support with cooking, meal planning, and maintaining a balanced diet.
  • Administer and manage medication, including liaising with professionals for reviews and appointments.
  • Maintain accurate records and clear communication with the brand team and other healthcare professionals.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Preferred: NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (Level 2 acceptable).
  • Minimum of 18 months of experience in similar healthcare settings.
  • Full UK driving license (manual and automatic).
  • Additional training in PBS, PMVA, MAPA is advantageous.
