We are looking for someone who is patient, compassionate, and committed to creating an inclusive learning atmosphere. While prior experience in a similar role or within education is desirable, it is not essential, as training and development opportunities will be provided. A genuine passion for education and supporting young people is the most important quality we are seeking.
