We are seeking experienced Mental Health Social Workers for multiple roles across London within Community Mental Health Teams (CMHTs), AMHP services, and Crisis Teams.
?? Key Responsibilities:? Assess and support individuals with severe and enduring mental health conditions.? Develop care plans and conduct safeguarding interventions.? Manage caseloads in NHS or Local Authority settings.? Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, nurses, and support staff.? Support AMHP teams and crisis services as required.
